    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute. First and foremost, I want to congratulate the incoming Leader of the Majority Party, Hon. Amos Kimunya, on his appointment yesterday. Equally, I want to thank Hon. Aden Duale for doing exemplary work in this House. I am a first-termer but certainly, I have been following him since his selection as the Leader of the Majority Party in 2013. He did a good job. He made us proud in this House and outside. Even the Party Leader said that he was not removed because of incompetence, but other dynamics."
