"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. May I take this opportunity to thank Hon. Duale for the work he has done and for the way he has mentored us as first timers in Parliament. He has guided us and we congratulate him. Despite our failures, he has led us well. He has proved himself to be a great man who has a bright future ahead. He has also showed us that despite the pressure on his shoulders, he can still deliver. He has delivered on behalf of the Jubilee Government. We wish him well. He has a bright future ahead. To Hon. Kimunya, we wish him the best. He has been there before and we expect much from him. We expect to see what he used to deliver during President’s Kibaki’s time. This time…"
