"content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker, for giving me a chance to welcome my new boss, Hon. Amos Kimunya, and also thank my former boss, Hon. Duale. Hon. Duale has worked with me very closely and very well in the last three years I have been his Deputy. He has worked very well in promoting the Government’s agenda both in this House and outside. He has served the country very well. We thank him. He has now handed over to Hon. Kimunya and maybe next time, Hon. Kimunya will hand over to him a ministerial position as Cabinet Secretary for Finance – a docket that Hon. Kimunya previously held. He might get back that job in the future. You never know. At that time, we will assume that it is Kimunya who has handed over to him. He has worked very well and I am sure he will continue working for this country in his position as an MP without being the Majority Leader. He will still serve this country the way he has been serving it for the last 8 years."
