Those of us who are on the other side, especially in the last Parliament, were not very happy to have lost in the debate on the Security Laws (Amendment) Bill, and in this Parliament, the Value Added Tax Bill. I think they usually say in Kiswahili “Mgala muue na hakiyake mpe” . Hon. Duale, hats off. Hon. Kimunya, I hope you will be able to balance in the Sessions we have for the next two years – a balance between Government Bills and Private Member Bills. That is so that the true meaning of Article 95 can be extended to every Member in this House. I thank you, and take over."
