    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. When you look at Part (ii) of that amendment, it still states 8%, and yet he has moved in the amendment from 10% to 6%. Therefore, I do not know whether the 8% there should be changed to 6% or it remains 8%."
