    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman. We work together in a seamless manner with the Chairman of the Committee on Finance and National Planning. I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended in Clause 21 by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph− (a) by deleting the definition of the term “toll collector” and substituting therefor the following new definition− “toll collector” means a public toll collector appointed under section 4 and includes a private toll collector appointed under section 4B; Our motivation is to achieve clarity in terms of the definition of the term \"toll collector.\" In the original Bill, it was not clear and therefore, we are proposing that we make it clear to include or to mean \"toll collector\" appointed under Section 4, which is public.
