Whereas I am supporting the amendment by the Chair, I am concerned because there are too many toll stations being erected by county governments. Are they affected by this arrangement? If yes, are we not causing confusion in the system? That is why we need clarity in terms of definition. We need to know which toll stations are being affected. We know definition is everything in law."
