    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 30. This amendment is to delete the new definition being proposed to define the term “consolidators”, which we defined under the Finance Bill, 2019. This will ensure that consolidators are well-regulated and will be responsible for the consolidated cargo. The proposed amendment in the Bill would have revised the gains which were intended in the Finance Bill, 2019 of ensuring that small traders are assisted by consolidators.
