    "content": "(c) by inserting the following subsection immediately after subsection (1)- (1A) Subject to subsection (1) (ba), the commission received by the Authority shall not exceed two per cent of the total revenue collected on behalf of the county government or government agency. This amendment was on the allocation of funding to the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). We have received a communication from the National Treasury that there are still consultations being done between the National Treasury, KRA and the Cabinet. We propose to drop this one."
