    "content": "Amendment of Eighth Schedule to Cap. 470. 9A. The Eight Schedule to the Income Tax Act is amended in paragraph 3 by deleting sub-paragraph (2) and substituting therefor the following sub-paragraph- (2) The gain accruing to a company on any transfer of machinery classified in paragraph 1 (b) of the Second Schedule is not chargeable to tax under Section 3(2) (f).
