    "content": " Actually, the intention here is that if an entity has already been given the benefit of this exemption which was there, upon repeal, though the law will have been repealed, the benefit will not be taken away from them. That is the intention. I am not a lawyer, but I understand the logic behind it that it should not deny the benefit to an investor who has already invested in it on the basis of a law which was existing then. That is the objective."
