I wanted to remind the Chair emeritus, the former Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee, that how can the Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee then ask for payment of pending bills from another Committee when he is the one who had all the money? He is the one who was giving people money left, right and centre. He is just passing the buck. The money was with him. He should have just allocated the money and the battle would have ended there."
