    "content": "Moreover, since Hon. Kimunya is not coming very far from him, I do not have any reason to doubt that. However, Hon. Speaker, what we want to do is to test this for six months and see if truly the consumers will get the benefit of reduced taxation because of zero-rating after which we will still be in this House. If we find that consumers are actually benefiting, there is no reason why we cannot extend that zero-rating as opposed to exemption. Therefore, Hon. Speaker, I know Hon. Ichung'wah is assuming his new role of opposing and I support him for that. I will actually give him proper induction. He is my friend. However, let him not mislead the country and try to sensationalize what we are debating today."
