    "content": "Thank you Hon. Speaker. I want to support the recommittal. The reason we support is because we do not want to mislead Kenyans. We are asking for six months. You know we are in a difficult situation right now because of the COVID- 19 pandemic. So, we will accept the six months. As for the former Chair of the Budget and Appropriations Committee (BAC), we understand where he is coming from. He just wants to oppose and mislead Kenyans. So, I plead with Members to be sensitive to the situation and the challenges that Kenyans are facing. Let us support the re-committal. I thank you."
