    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended in clause 12 by inserting the following paragraph immediately after paragraph (b) – (c) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph 19− 20. The supply of maize (corn) flour, cassava flour, wheat or meslin flour and maize flour containing cassava flour by more than ten per cent in weight. Provided that this paragraph shall be in operation for a period of six months from the date of assent."
