Limo except an amendment to subsection (5) which says that, without prejudice to sub-section (4) any premiums that had been received by an intermediary that is a broker or agency and had not been remitted to the insurer before the commencement of this section, shall be paid to the insurer within 180 days from the date of the commencement of this Act."
