I stand to oppose this amendment for the simple reason that we are now legislating against Kenyans. Kenyans pay premiums in instalments. This kills that spirit. You are helping the bigger companies at the expense of the ordinary Kenyan. Bwana Ichung’wah, this is where the unga issue comes in. This is where you needed to fight for Kenyans but you have lost them on this one."
