    "content": "(h)THAT, the Petitioners have made efforts to have the matter addressed by relevant authorities, all of which have failed to give a satisfactory response, and none of the issues raised are pending before a court of law, constitutional or other legal body. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the petitioners, therefore, pray that the Senate intervenes and undertakes an investigation into the matter with a view to ensure that other available options for office space by the County Government of Uasin Gishu are explored before finalizing the purchase of the NBK Building, and that requirements of the Constitution and the Public Procurement and Disposal Act, 2015 are adhered to with respect to a fair, equitable, transparent, competitive and cost effective bidding process. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I thank you."
