    "content": "I also want to congratulate the new Members of the Committees that have been set up today. I thank the House for conferring in me their trust and putting me and my colleagues in the County Public Accounts and Investment Committee (CPAIC). Our Committee will start working from tomorrow. We have scheduled meetings every day except from Saturdays and Sundays. We want to clear the backlog of all the reports that are pending before the House. We are not on recess, as it were, in a broader sense, but we are functioning in a different capacity other than Plenary. We shall deliver that mandate through the Committee. We have new membership in the Committees and I plead with my colleagues to work together as a team and deliver for the benefit of Kenyans. We also plead with those"
