    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have recommended - I am not able to trace it, but I will go off script - that specific officers who constituted the tender committees, that is; the Chief Finance Officer and members of the tender committees; Wayne, Pauline and the Director Supply Chain Management, Mr. Carilus Otieno, should step aside as the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) and all other investigatory organs look into this matter. Lastly, all the companies that were awarded unlawful tenders in Kirinyaga County; the EACC, DCI and any other investigatory organ should initiate investigation and report back withing 60 days. However, in the meantime, those tenders should be paused until the matter is heard and determined. Thank you and may God bless Kenya.
