    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for giving me the opportunity to weigh in on this matter. First and foremost, I want to thank the Committee for having carried out a very important responsibility of arbitrating and listening to the views of the people of Kirinyaga and the Governor. They were all given an opportunity to be heard in the public glare. Issues were canvassed on the Floor of this House. They have been captured in the Report that I have seen and will peruse through. When you carefully read it – and I intend to do so – it is quite clear that there are issues of law that have been raised. There are issues where responsibility has been apportioned.
