    "content": "In light of the excellent presentation by the Professor on the issue of harmony and unity, the Standing Committee on Devolution and Intergovernmental Relations is charged with the responsibility of governance and management of county governments. Do you not think that this Committee should be more proactive in other areas in future where they see toxic relationships between the county assembly and the county executive? They should intervene and try to see if they can bring them together. That is my point of information."
