"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I join my colleagues in saying that the time given for interrogations like this needs to be considered. We saw the Committee work tirelessly for very long hours. We thank them for putting that effort. Now that the story has ended there, there are few concerns that some of us observed. One of my concerns is what happened after the announcement of the impeachment. As the Senate, we have procedures. The procedure of impeachment starts in the county assembly, then it lands in this House. When it comes to this House, we have our procedure of doing things. It was extremely sad for me to see the affected people of Kirinyaga speaking to the Senate on the streets and in barazas . We know that they were pained and were feeling bad. However, for them to tell us to do things in a certain way was very sad. It is not only the people of Kirinyaga, but also the leadership of Kirinyaga. That is why the Committee has given very strong recommendations of reconciliation. The electronic version of the Senate Hansard Report is for information purposesonly. A certified version of this Report can be obtained from the Hansard Editor, Senate."
