    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I stand to support this Report but with a lot of reservations. This is not the way to run the economy and the National Treasury. You do not have to go beyond the Report of the Committee if you want to know that there is something wrong with the Supplementary Estimates III. The Committee did a good job; they have brought out all the issues that pertain to the way this has been done improperly."
