"content": "I agree with the proposal to pay the health sector Ksh5.8 billion. The reason we have the Supplementary Estimates III is because of the extraordinary times we are living in this financial year caused by the COVID–19 pandemic. It is granted. The heath issue could be an important issue, but the other issue I am seeing here... In the spirit of the “handshake” let me support this. I urge my people that they must vote for this. Thank you. I have nothing to add."
