    "content": "We also do not want the Committee to be dealing with budgeting throughout the year. We would want them to spend more time on oversight after the budget rather than reviewing budget after budget. I wanted to highlight that legally they are okay. But administratively this is not the kind of thing we would want to encourage. Certainly, this is not the kind of thing I want of pleading with Members to stay here beyond their time. I want to thank the Members for creating this session because of a crisis that has been created by somebody else. This could have been averted had these figures been brought last week. We would have sorted things better."
