Pursuant to the provision of Standing Order No.42(a)(5), I wish to ask Question No.092/2020 to the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary give the status of construction of Kahurura Dam in Laikipia County? (ii) What measures is the Ministry taking to ensure that the contentions between the Kenya Forest Service and other Government agencies regarding the construction of the project are resolved, and that the project is implemented as scheduled?"
