The first request is by the Member for Soy Constituency, Hon. Caleb Kositany. Do you not have a seat? It was resolved by the House Business Committee that it does not matter if a Member had booked a seat. If by 2.45 p.m. any Member who had reserved a seat is not in the Chamber, other Members who desire to come into the Chamber may be allowed in. Those other Members would lose their right to be in the Chamber. Proceed, Hon. Kositany."
