Chris Wamalwa got it right that there will be a preliminary engagement next week, then after that you can craft and style your report on the form of seeking a House resolution, so that whatever you would have gathered, you bring it out here for your colleagues to go through it, interrogate it, debate it and make a decision in one way or another.
