    "content": "That humiliation actually reflects what I can collectively say crime against humanity where we have a leadership in the country that is so insensitive to those basics. If you go to our boarding primary and secondary schools, school fees is high, not because of the needs for tuition, but because food is too expensive. So, the heads of schools are forced to raise school fees so as to keep the children in school. Now with this Bill, prices of food will go down, the cost of feeding our children in schools will go down and school fees will go down. What kind of leader would be against this kind of Bill?"
