It is a principle that one can disagree with the ruling of the Hon. Speaker. However, you have to respect it. I have gone through Article 152 of the Constitution and the relevant Standing Orders. I have not seen anywhere where it is written there are a maximum number of times you can bring an impeachment Motion against a Cabinet Secretary.
