    "content": "The Standing Orders are very clear that for you to impeach a State officer under Standing Order 64 (1A) (c), you must produce the evidence you want to use against the State officer. This Member has just collected documents from River Road. He could not produce evidence in Parliament and is now trying to malign the names of Kenyans out there.
