    "content": "We are living in very difficult times but we have to accommodate the business as it comes. When we give the Committee the opportunity to move the Report, I believe that they will tell us exactly what is contained in it and the circumstances under which it has come at this point. The House will make a decision at that point. Let us create an opportunity for them to present the Report to us today, so that we make a decision which will then facilitate the further processing of the Supplementary Appropriation Bill on Tuesday in the morning, so that we close the financial year and books properly to avoid unnecessary push and pull on this matter."
