    "content": "Again, this is a straightforward matter and I want to thank the Members who have served in this Committee and who will now stand replaced and who will be obviously in other committees. This is a Committee that only sits when there is selection to be made. Members, your replacement is not because you have done a bad job, but it is an opportunity to give the wider variety of membership to also experience what it means to serve in the Committee on Selection rather than keep just one set of Members for five years. We would want to have as many Members as possible experiencing what it means to select other Members."
