    "content": "This is for two reasons. The first one is that, as I had stated here before former Members of Parliament are an endangered species in this country. Once you serve in this House, even if you are as intelligent as who, the moment you leave this House, I do not know why Kenyans assume that your intelligence disappeared here and that you cannot be considered for any other position. Therefore, when such a Member seeks appointment through this House, it would be an injustice to reject that appointment especially if there are no good reasons."
