"content": "Thank you, Hon. Chairman. Even as I support, I think I want to raise an issue of concern, which I had wanted to raise with the earlier one that also has to do with the rate card. My concern is that in an earlier amendment, we had actually put the issue of regulations. We have also added and given the same to counties. I am just wondering and being cautious that constitutionally, I do not think that would be the role. If for instance you have counties that allow people to advertise the entire town green or red or yellow... I think if you look at the Constitution, at some level, that role of standardization is a duty of the national Government. Otherwise, on this, I think it is the role of the county. There is need for definition. I support."
