    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, today is 30th June 2020, the end of the financial year. The Supplementary Appropriation (No.2) Bill (National Assembly Bill No.22 of 2020) intends to provide resources that are to be moved within ministries and state departments, for example, in the Ministry of Health, to move resources to Kenya Medical Supplies Authority (KEMSA) for purchase of testing kits. That is the import of the Motion. We need to shorten the publication period so that the resources are available by the end of today."
