    "content": " Okay, my colleague says that we are now sanitizing, but I do not want to use that word. It is more of benefiting towns as opposed to rural constituencies where we come from. You talk of Kazi Mtaani, but when I go to Nyatike, my youths are not even benefiting from anything. If you talk about money ring-fenced for health facilities, my county borders Tanzania yet no money is going there. When you talk of the population of people affected, you look at Busia and there is no money going down there. It is high time we got a budget in which we can also have a say, and not things which are rushed up to a level where we just rubber stamp things which are not even benefiting people equally in this country.
