    "content": "It is important for Members and the country to appreciate that NG-CDF is one of the institutions in this Government that works and has proved to be working. This is especially now, when the President has given orders on how to manage the re-opening of schools. There is need for us to have the money urgently and if not now, it should have been yesterday. So, we are able to support the schools to reopen."
