Having examined the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Regulations, 2020, against the Constitution, Interpretation and General Provisions Act, Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act and the Statutory Instruments Act, the Committee recommends that the House approves the said statutory instrument in accordance with Section 180 of the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Act (No.33 of 2015).
