    "content": "Once the Regulations are approved, they will assist the national Government and county governments on how to proceed with procurement henceforth. I believe that we will make a proper case for the House to approve them. We all know that most issues, especially when it comes to corruption, they zero-in when the public bodies are tendering, procuring and disposing Government assets. The Regulations have captured a laid down proper procedure which is well detailed, articulated, very clear and easy to understand. If these Regulations are approved by this House, you can only fail to follow them, if you wish. You will not say that there is something which is grey which makes the procurement go the wrong way."
