This is because it has continued to perfect the cash transfer system that benefits those a little advanced in age in our country. One of the ways of checking or establishing how civilised a country is, is by looking at how it takes care of the aged. Whenever you see an old person, it is good to remember that at one time he or she was young and contributed to the welfare of this country.
