"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I beg to report that the Committee of the Whole has considered the National Assembly amendments to The County Early Childhood Education Bill (Senate Bills No. 26 of 2018) and approved the following Clauses: 2, 8, 9, 15, 16, 20, 23, 24, 25, 29, 30, 35, 41, 43, 46, 47, 56, 63, 64, 66, 69, and the Second Schedule, and also rejected the following Clauses: 27, 28, 33, 36, 37, 44, and 68."
