    "content": "The Army is notorious for disrupting the lives of the people whose land they take over. The community should be consulted and, if the local people do not want this military installation in their midst, then they should be listened to. On the issue of Nairobi National Park, I believe this is a jewel that should not be destroyed. There is no other country with a game park in its city and, especially, in the capital city. We must protect our national park. It has been there and it must be retained for the benefit of our children. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
