    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, one of the conditions of interns coming to the New KCC is that a student will not be eligible for remuneration. Secondly, when an intern is involved in an accident while on duty, the company will not be held responsible. They should be insured against this by their universities. Thirdly, the student will have to abide by the company rules and regulations. Those are the guidelines that we operate under as universities send students to us."
