I rise to ask Question No.115 of 2020 directed to the Cabinet Secretary for Water Sanitation and Irrigation: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary explain why the construction of Kirandich Water Dam Phase II Project in Baringo Central Constituency has stalled since 2016? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary give the status of the said project since inception, in terms of the funds that were allocated, funds already paid to the contractors and the pending allocation? (iii) What measures has the Ministry put in place to ensure speedy completion of the project and payment of contractors?"
