    "content": "For the general information of membership and not just Hon. ole Kenta, the Supplementary Budget III was assented to on 30th June. The accompanying warrants were also signed alongside the Supplementary Appropriation III Bill. The signing of the warrants is the final process authorising release of funds from the Consolidated Fund. I can confirm to you this has happened and it is for this reason that I presented the Bills.
