    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I want to thank the Chairperson because when I sought the Statement, he was not in the Chamber. The Statement has taken a whole month, which is not right. We sought this Statement on 4th June 2020 and they seconded it. You have done a whole month. So, I expected a comprehensive Statement. Two weeks ago, Hon. Speaker, we had the opportunity to meet the Chief Administrative Secretary before the Committee and I raised issues that I expected are in their Report, following my seeking of the Statement. A number of things we raised in the Committee have not been responded to. That is the same Statement the Chief Administrative Secretary read before the Committee. None of the many issues I raised have been captured. I do not even want to mention them here because it would take time. I will seek your indulgence again. Let me give you a quick example.
