Speaker, there is also a concern which I want to ask the Departmental Committee on Education and Research to deal with regarding the release of free primary and secondary education funds. In most schools, the teachers who are employed by boards of management and other staff are not receiving their salaries now. With this difficulty that we are facing as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, life is very difficult for these Kenyans. Can the Committee deal with this matter and report back to the House, as a way of overseeing funds that have already been appropriated by this House?"
