    "content": "As I stand to support this, I would like the Parliamentary Service Commission to be extremely careful when they are implementing the car loan. I hope it is not meant to replace the funds Members have been getting for cars. That will then disadvantage Members of Parliament compared to other State officers of their level who have cars which they use on a daily basis given by the Government. If that is removed, then we will be having cars that we will be servicing on our own. That is the only thing the Parliamentary Service Commission should look at when implementing. Otherwise, I support."
